Walk with me this coming monday at 18.00-20.00 at Fjellskar in Sande. Find new pathways in and around you. Let spring move into you. Sign up and payment (Vipps) to 48355721
A part of being in tune with nature and connecting is also harvesting wisdom and medicine from our plant allies. Another joy of being a human upon this planet is sharing these threads of light with our children. Reaching back and integrating the knowledge from before, that our ancestors knew. Plants are really so humble, beautiful and strong at the same time. Get to know just one, explore and life is enriched. Ny daughter and I collect plants for our herbarium. We collect them mindfully and bring them home to touch and smell before we gather them in our flower library. We draw them, speak to them and about them. Nice isnt it, to have someone to talk to, when there is not much people around 🌻🦋🌼
#skogsbad_norge #skogsterapi #shinrinyokunorge
Morning walk. Morning sit. Morning fog. Morning wash. Morning birdsong. Morning breath. Morning flute. Morning play. Morning joy.
I often try to describe how Forest bathing differs from a regular walk as I have mentioned before. And one of those things are the act of reciprocity- og "giving something back" . Most people find that almost silly in our part of the world, and that says something about the hierarchi of things. Cause why wouldnt we be able to give back when we are of the same essence. I like bringing music into the woods. I feel to woods pause to listen. And I feel it is a way to flow on the same wavelength as "This place "NOW.
